The location is excellent, just a 10-15 minutes' walk from the Lake Maggiore Express, and very close to a boat dock.

Fairly clean and fabulous hotel with AMAZING view on the lake. Huge and contemporary room with central heating, a private safe and multi-channel television. We had a comfortable bed and the best breakfasts.

Recently refurbished place overall, it is clean, location is excellent on the lake. All the staff members are superfriendly and thoughtful. The breakfast is served in the terrace! Overall a wonderful experience, strongly recommend this hotel to all.

I had an amazing time at a recently renovated hotel with a prime location on the main street facing the water. My room was spacious and beautifully furnished, complete with a kitchenette and a large bathroom. The balcony overlooking the lake provided breathtaking views. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel's top floor terrace was a delightful spot to relax. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay.
Despite the amazing experience, I did encounter a small inconvenience with parking, as finding a space required some effort. However, the hotel staff did their best to assist in securing a spot for my car.

The value for money at Sempione Boutique was exceptional, with spacious rooms and a beautiful view of the lake from the balcony. The location was perfect, right next to the lake and ferry service, and the staff took excellent care of us, making us feel truly valued and welcome throughout our stay.
The breakfast could have been better with a wider variety of options available.
